Frequently asked questions
Our ballroom can host up to 200 guests for weddings, quinces, and milestone celebrations. A secondary space is often reserved for cocktail hour or food service to enhance the experience.
The Reign is an all-inclusive venue, offering elegant spaces, curated décor, catering, and exceptional care. We work best with clients who plan an investment starting around $5,000 for special events and $10,000+ for weddings. Final investments vary based on guest count, selected package, and the day of the week your celebration is held.
Yes. We offer in-house catering with customizable menu options and a fully stocked bar, allowing you to relax knowing food and drinks are handled with care.
We welcome licensed vendors such as planners, DJs, and entertainment professionals. This gives you the flexibility to choose trusted partners while still enjoying our full-service venue.
The Reign is a full service venue with a full commercial kitchen we offer in house catering, if we are unable to provide a cultural cuisine we work with an amazing team of preferred vendors for catering, and you can order your food directly through The Reign. If you have a favorite caterer and wish to bring them in, your vendor must have a business license and insurance, and must provide full service for your event. (Setup, equipment, servers and cleanup,) They are required to agree to all policies and procedures of The Reign. Additional fees will apply and proof of COI is required.
No, under no circumstances may you cook and serve your own food. Only food provided by licensed and insured food entities are authorized.
Yes. We provide décor and rental options — from linens and chairs to centerpieces and statement pieces — so you can personalize the venue to match your vision.
Yes. While weddings, sweet 16s, and quinces are at the heart of what we do, The Reign also hosts a variety of celebrations and gatherings — from corporate events and fundraisers to showers and private parties. Our spaces and services adapt to create the right setting for your occasion.
