• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Specific payment terms and deposit amounts are outlined in your booking agreement.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please refer to your specific booking agreement for our cancellation terms and any applicable fees.

 

4. Use of the Venue

• Clients agree to use the venue for its intended purpose and in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

• The Reign LLC reserves the right to deny access or terminate events for any unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

 

5. Liability

• The Reign LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your event unless caused by our negligence.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold The Reign LLC harmless from any claims or expenses resulting from their use of the venue.

The Reign LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
